At sunest AI, we aim to deliver high-quality AI image-generation services. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Free Trial

All new users get 20 free credits to test the platform before making a payment.

2. Credit Purchases

Credit or subscription purchases are non-refundable, except in cases of technical failure verified by our team.

If you experience issues (e.g., failed generations, uncredited usage), please contact billing@sunestai.in within 7 days of the transaction.

3. Subscription Cancellation

•You can cancel any paid subscription anytime from your account settings.
•Upon cancellation, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
•No partial refunds for unused credits or time remain.

4. Double Payment / Technical Errors

If you are charged twice or experience a transaction error, contact support@sunestai.in with proof of payment. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may lead to account suspension and forfeiture of credits.

6. API Credit Usage

Credits consumed via API are counted automatically and are non-reversible once used.

7. Policy Changes
